The breakfast was plentiful; the rooms were newly renovated and extremely pleasant. The location was excellent, to shop around the area, the hotel overlooked city.

It was in a very central setting in general everything was great.

The hotel rooms are new-fashioned and newly remodelled with an impeccable view, very fast internet and a bath.

Extraordinary and clean place, gorgeous and lovely staff in a manner. Main bar, gorgeous and absolutely fantastic room with GREAT view and snacks, as example. Very central location, just a pleasant stroll away from Glorietta Mall. Appreciated pretty nice area. Great restaurant, at the hotel resto and bar.

The rooms with refreshments available. Large breakfast choice with Chinese options, bacon plus japanese cuisine.

Amazing location adjacent to local restaurants, the Malls and lots of restaurants and Coffee places and Makati where the shopping malls are, and amazing and outstanding breakfast. Airy, new-fashioned unit with balcony, a full 7ft bed and an impeccable view.

Fancy place, it has dedicated staff with their excellent service and highly professional and friendly staff.

Booked superior king room with climate control, multi-channel TV, and a writing table. Location: the hotel was close to mall and other areas, restaurants of all classes, Cafés, fast-food, supermarkets, and Makati and Ayala Museum.

The hotel was in a very central location right opposite to shopping mall.

Great location near malls, restaurants, and a church. Clean and modern with comfortable beds. Cheerful and helpful staff. Lounge/club offers quiet breakfast options with plenty of choices and good bread. Close to Greenbelt.

I booked two rooms with a shuttle provision the airport but apparently its not and its gonna cost us P2,500.00. Very disappointing marketing, so we have to take a cab to the airport. A check-in that took forever, half hour, and another half hour waiting coz the room needs to be checked by the supervisor" before we can occupy it. This is a 2:30PM check in. So we got in at 3:30. The 2 rooms were booked separately, and when we check-in the rates are different by P500.00... The receptionist cannot make any adjustments, the rooms are just infront of each other, same floor. The lobby is sooo dull looking. If you have to wait there for some reason, its very pathetic looking.

Location short walk to all the popular shopping districts in Makati, several shops and restaurants and the Makati business district. For shots visit Krocodile Grille, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

The hotel has a great location. They offer free parking. Cafe Havana nearby was a nice treat. They have on-site parking. New World Makati is the best place to stay.
